This time, I visited Samnak Ecological Park, located in Sasang-gu, Busan.

If you're using public transportation, you can take Busan city buses number 123 or 126 and get off at the "Gwaebeop Renecite Station / Renecite" bus stop.
If you're taking the subway, get off at Sasang Station (Exit 3) on the Busan Metro Line 2.
For the light rail (Busan–Gimhae LRT), get off at Gwaebeop Renecite Station.
Due to Busan’s location in the Northern Hemisphere, the weather in early June felt like the beginning of summer, and it was quite hot in the afternoon.
However, walking along the Nakdong Riverside Cherry Blossom Path near the park was refreshing. The lush green trees helped cool down the heat, and I saw people enjoying themselves — exercising with outdoor fitness equipment, chatting while resting on benches, and simply appreciating the peaceful surroundings. The sounds of birds chirping added to the serenity, bringing peace to both body and mind. It was a truly relaxing path to walk.

To reach the riverside, you need to pass through an underground passage, which adds a unique touch to the journey to Samnak Ecological Park — a true pride of Sasang-gu, Busan.
Along the way, small streams and brightly colored flowers created a beautiful harmony, enhancing the experience.
Before reaching the riverside, there are sports fields and well-maintained public restrooms available for park visitors. I happened to visit on a clear day, and perhaps because of that, the beauty of nature was even more striking. The air was fresh and filled with the scent of trees — it was truly revitalizing.

At the riverside, I encountered various birds and boats docked along the shore. Walking along this path gave me a deep sense of healing and peace.

If you ever have the chance to visit, I highly recommend it as a perfect spot for a picnic.
I hope you, too, can experience the healing atmosphere of this place and find rest for your tired body and mind. ❣️
